Ranking (Rank) a Number wich indicates Players position in Ladder among other Players duel to theirs Ranking Points
Ranking Points (Pts) a Amount of current points gained and lost in matches.
Personal Best (PB) a Highest Pts ( Highest Ranking Points) in history (counted after 20 regular matches in Ladder).
Grand Prix (GP) a Ten weeks long tournament where GP Points are collected.
GP Points a Sum of positive ranking points gained in matches fixed by a factor based on Players Ranking.
GP Points Current Week a Sum of GP Points collected in current week.
GP Points Current GP a Sum of GP Points collected in current GP.

3. Ranking Points:

Players fights for the amount of points wich results from their Ranking margin due to formula:

( RANK_HIGHER / RANK_LOWER ) * 100 = Pts_GAINED

RANK_HIGHER a Ranking of Player which is higher in the ladder standing.
RANK_LOWER a Ranking of Player which is lower in the ladder standing.
Pts_GAINED a Ranking Points to gain/lose in the match.

Winner Player collects this amount of points.
Loser Player loses this amount of points.

Example 1:
Player A with Rank 4 and Player B with Rank 16 wanna play a game. What is the amount of points their will fight for?

RANK_HIGHER = 4
RANK_LOWER = 16

( 4 / 16 ) * 100 = 0,25 * 100 = 25

Pts = 25

Answer: 25 points.

Example 2:
Player A with Rank 1 and Player B with Rank 10 wanna play a game. What is the amount of points their will fight for?

RANK_HIGHER = 1
RANK_LOWER = 10

( 1 / 10 ) * 100 = 0,1 * 100 = 10

Pts = 10

Answer: 10 points.

Example 3:
Player A with Rank 17 and Player B with Rank 18 wanna play a game. What is the amount of points their will fight for?

RANK_HIGHER = 17
RANK_LOWER = 18

( 17 / 18 ) * 100 = 0,94 * 100 = 94

Pts = 94

Answer: 94 points.

Conclusion:
On paper, maximum of points to gain/lose in a single game is 100 (if Players could have same Rank).
To get highest amount of points from a single game Players should play with a Players which are the close to each other in the Ladder.

4. Grand Prix:

GP Points are positive ranking points gained in matches fixed by a factor based on Players Ranking due to formula:

Pts_GAINED / RANK^3 = GP_Points_GAINED

Pts_GAINED a Ranking Points gained in this game
RANK^3 a Cube root of Player’s Ranking before the game
GP_Points_GAINED a GP Points collected in this game

Example 1:
Player A gained in a game 90 Pts, and his Rank was 8. How much GP Points did he collect?

Pts_GAINED = 90
RANK = 8

90 / 8^3 = 90 / 2 = 45

GP_Points_GAINED = 45

Example 2:
Player B gained same amount of points as Player A – 90 Pts, and his Rank was 27. How much GP Points did he collect?

Pts_GAINED = 90
RANK = 27

90 / 27^3 = 90 / 3 = 30

GP_Points_GAINED = 30

Conclusion:
The Higher Rank the more GP Points.
Rank factor is just cube root of a Rank, so isn’t very big.

5. Devaluation of Pts:

In case of week without a game played by a Player his Ranking Points are touched by Devaluation due to formula:

Pts_BEFOR a ( ( ACT / (ALL * ALL )) * Pts_BEFORE ) = Pts_AFTER

Pts_BEFORE a Ranking Points before devaluation.
Pts_AFTER a Ranking Points after devaluation.
ACT a Amount of active Players (at least one game played in current week).
ALL a Amount of all Players.

Example:
Player A has 2740 Ranking Points. He haven’t play a game in current week. There were 10 active Players among 50.

Pts_BEFORE = 2740
ACT = 10
ALL = 50

2740 a ( ( 10 / 50 * 50 ) * 2740 ) = 2740 a ( ( 10 / 2500 ) * 2740 ) = 2740 a ( 0,004 * 2740 ) = 2740 a 11 = 2729

Pts_AFTER = 2729
Margin = 2740 – 2729 = 11

Conclusion:
It’s worth to play a game by week to avoid Devaluation, but still – the Devaluation isn’t very painfull.

6. Evaluation of Pts:

When a single GP is over there comes evaluation of Ranking Points. It’s based on Players average Pts increase to get the average amount of Pts established at the begining of the Ladder (5000).

Evaluation is provided due to Devaluation and is injected to provide in a long-lasting period of time stable amount of average Ranking Points.
